I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location right in the center of the Plovdiv old city and its friendly staff who were always eager to help. The rooms were comfortable and had clean air conditioning, but I did notice the carpet could use a thorough cleaning. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me with local transportation. The dining experience was less than ideal, though, and I hope they can improve their breakfast options in the future.
